Death In Police Custody: Sylhet Lawyers Now Refused To Represent SI Akbar In Court
Sylhet legal counselors again have set a model as no attorneys showed up for the denounced suspended SI Akbar in court during the remand hearing.
Secretary General Advocate Fazlul Haque Suman of Sylhet locale attorneys' affiliation said they didn't partake in the legitimate procedures for the benefit of such an offensive crook. The legal counselors have chosen to do as such from their own stand, Suman added.
A Sylhet court on Tuesday permitted the PBI to take sub-Inspector (SI) Akbar Hossain Bhuiyan in its guardianship for seven days for cross examination into the case petitioned for tormenting Raihan Ahmed to death at Bandar Bazar police station in Sylhet on October 11.
Prior September 28, Sylhet legal counselors took a similar position during the remand becoming aware of three charged in the MC College assault case after police created them under the steady gaze of the court.
