Rail Communications With Sylhet Restored After 21hrs

The rail interchanges among Sylhet and rest of the nation were reestablished on Sunday morning following 21 hours of disturbance following crash of seven compartments of an oil-loaded train at Satgaya zone in Moulvibazar's Srimangal. Affirming the news, Afsar Uddin, station ace of Srimangal railroad station, said they reestablished the rail line around 8:00 am after daylong endeavors. Prior on Saturday early afternoon, the rail interchanges among Sylhet and rest of the nation stayed suspended after the crash. Partner station ace of Srimangal railroad station Shakhawat Hossain said the compartments of Sylhet-bound train veered off the tracks in the region around 12:00 o'clock around early afternoon, upsetting the train development on the courses. An alleviation train from Khulna is en route to the spot to rescue the train, said Shakhawat adding that it will take 2/3 hours to continue the rail correspondence.
